Location: Central Bristol
Salary: £30,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

This role would suit a driven individual who enjoys building relationships, exceeding targets, and playing a key role in helping tenants find their perfect home.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting property viewings and following up with applicants to maximise lets
- Liaising with landlords and tenants to successfully match applicants with suitable properties
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and applicants
- Advising landlords and tenants on rental values, market conditions, and lettings legislation
- Managing the full lettings process from enquiry through to move-in, including referencing and tenancy agreements
- Ensuring all properties meet compliance requirements and are marketed to a high standard
- Keeping applicant databases and CRM systems accurate and up to date
- Handling enquiries confidently and professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a competitive, customer-facing role (lettings experience highly desirable)
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a strong customer-first mindset
- A genuine passion for property and lettings
- Solid understanding of lettings regulations and processes
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Good local knowledge of Bristol and surrounding areas (or living within 5 miles)
- Full, clean UK driving licence
