Job Description
On behalf of our client, a modern and fast-growing law firm, we are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their expanding conveyancing team across Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone confident managing their own residential conveyancing caseload within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
This is a full time, office based role working Monday - Friday.
Competitive salary on offer.
The Role
- Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Work on new build, shared ownership and remortgage transactions
- Operate within a collaborative team with strong support and structure
About You
- Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX professional or experienced Conveyancing Executive
- Proven experience running a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions
- Organised, detail-focused and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Positive, proactive and client-focused approach
