We are working with a Voluntary Sector Organisation undertaking youth and
community programme work in areas of North Tyneside, We are looking for a Youth and community worker so support the development and delivery of their work in North Tyneside.

Responsibilities

•  To develop and deliver high quality youth and community work provision.
• To build and maintain professional relationships with children and young
• people that support the principles of youth work.
• To maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing
• demands of the job, participate in appropriate activities and encourage and
• support staff in their development and training.
• Comply with requirements with regards to health and safety, security,
• finances and all other matters subject to company policies and partner
• organisations policies.
