Cleaning & Hygiene Operative

Contract Dates: 11 August – 10 October 2025
Hours: 5:00am – 6:30am, Monday to Friday (7.5 hours per week)
Pay: £12.21 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking cleaner to work at the Valleys Innovation Centre on a fixed-term basis. You will help maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for all building users.
Main Duties

• Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, and communal spaces
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
• Wiping down desks, surfaces, and touchpoints
• Restocking supplies such as soap and paper towels
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

About You

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard
