HR Officer – Inverness

Inverness (Office Based)
£36,636 per annum 
Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
6–8 Week tempoaray Contract - possible extension

Our third-party client is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join their team in Inverness on a temporary basis.

Main Duties:
  •  Provide HR advice and support to managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and capability matters
  • Support hearings, investigations, restructures, and employee relations processes
  • Respond to HR queries and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Assist with policy guidance, workforce planning, and HR projects
  • Build strong working relationships with managers and stakeholders
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in an operational HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint
  • CIPD qualified or willing to work towards qualification preferred
