Silloth | Monday – Friday | £13.00ph (rising to £14.50) | Temp to Perm
We’re recruiting for a Forklift Operative to join a well-established manufacturing site in Silloth. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, structured training, and clear pay progression. You’ll be joining a supportive team within a busy, fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are a real priority.
The Role

• Hours:
  • 8:00am – 4:30pm (Standard)
  • 6:00am – 6:00pm (Spring/Summer)
• Pay: £13.00ph, rising to £14.50 after training
• Contract: Temp to Perm

What you’ll be doing
As a Forklift Operative, you’ll play a key role in supporting the flow of goods across site. Your duties will include:

• Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock and materials across the site
• Supplying production lines with required materials
• Carrying out basic stock checks and recording movements
• Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required
• Following all health & safety procedures

What we’re looking for

• FLT Licence
• Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
