 Shift: Monday – Friday, 05:30 – 14:30 (flexibility required)
 Salary: £31,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonus

We’re now looking for an organised and proactive On-Site Co-ordinator.

The Role
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where strong admin skills are just as important as people skills. You’ll be responsible for keeping everything organised behind the scenes while also being a visible and supportive presence on-site.
While the core hours are 05:30 – 14:30, there will be times where flexibility is needed to support different shifts based on business demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing across production areas
• Maintain accurate attendance, timekeeping, and payroll records
• Manage and update data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
• Support and engage with the workforce on shift
• Deliver inductions and reinforce site standards
• Maintain discipline and performance in a fair, consistent way
• Act as the link between the client, workforce, and recruitment team
• Resolve challenges quickly with a calm, solutions-focused approach

What We’re Looking For

• Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel (essential)
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Positive, solutions-based mindset with a proactive approach
• Strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels
• Calm and measured under pressure
• Flexible approach to working hours when required
• Experience in recruitment, on-site coordination, or manufacturing (preferred)
