💰 £28,000 – £32,000 + £2,000 Bonus
⏰ Full Time | 40 Hours


Pertemps are looking for a proactive and organised Planning & Compliance Coordinator to join our busy onsite team at SWDC Severn Beach Bristol.

The Role 

You’ll support workforce planning, driver management, compliance, and client service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing staffing and weekly workforce planning

• Supporting drivers with queries, scheduling, and payroll

• Building strong client and candidate relationships

• Ensuring compliance and service standards are met

• Monitoring KPIs, fulfilment, and reporting

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities

• Experience in recruitment, planning, logistics, or compliance preferred

• Customer-focused and results-driven attitude
