CNC Setter/Operator

Job Title: CNC Setter/Operator (Day & Night Shifts)
Location: Coventry

Shift Patterns:

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Night Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am (based on a 48-hour working week)

Pay Rates:

• Day Shift: £13.50 per hour
• Night Shift: £14.00 per hour + £2.00 shift allowance

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Coventry for a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join their growing manufacturing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed individual with CNC machining experience to secure long-term, full-time work in a clean and well-equipped environment.

Responsibilities:

• Setting and operating CNC machines with accuracy
• Ideally experienced with Heidenhain controls (Fanuc experience also considered)
• Interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Ensuring components meet quality standards
• Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment

What We're Looking For:

• CNC setting and operating experience is essential
• Familiarity with Heidenhain or Fanuc control systems
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts
• Strong attention to detail
