Pertemps is looking for dedicated Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established distribution centre in Severn Beach. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals who want long-term, full-time work with consistent hours and weekly pay.

✅ What we offer:

1. Pay rate: £14.37 per hour
2. Hours: 10:00pm – 6:00am (Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday)
3. Shifts: 5 days per week, 37.5 hours guaranteed
4. Start date: Immediate start available
5. Pay: Weekly pay directly into your account
6. Training: Full training and ongoing support provided
7. Facilities: Free onsite parking, staff canteen, and lockers

🛠 Your day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Accurately picking and packing customer orders using handheld scanners
2. Safely loading and unloading deliveries from vehicles
3. Processing stock through goods-in and dispatch areas
4. Operating a range of warehouse equipment and tools (training provided)
5. Maintaining high standards of health & safety in the workplace
6. Working efficiently to meet performance targets while ensuring quality standards are met

1. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
2. Able to stand and walk for long periods throughout the shift
3. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
4. Confident with basic English communication (speaking, reading, and understanding instructions)
5. Flexible and willing to learn new skills
