Corporate Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Worcestershire, £65,000+ (DOE) - This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and is looking to play a key role in supporting a wide range of clients. JOB REF: 0112.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A solid background in corporate law
• Proven experience, or strong interest, in advisory, due diligence and risk-based roles
• Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
• A collaborative working style and strong client relationship management
• High attention to detail with strong commercial awareness
• Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, organised and ambitious mindset
