Residential Property Solicitor, 1-4 Years PQE, Berkshire, £50,000+ (DOE) - This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE to join the busy conveyancing team in a reputable Legal 500 firm. JOB REF: 0171.

THE ROLE:
• This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, pro-active team, develop your expertise and build a long-term career within a supportive and reputable firm.
• You will undertake a high calibre of work across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, investment sales and purchases, new build properties, shared ownership sales and purchases, re-mortgaging and equity release lifetime mortgages, and lease extensions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 1-4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing,
• Experience across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters and an appetite to develop their expertise
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills
