Job Description

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, 12 -18 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT, NORTHAMPTON, £45,000 - £55,000 FTE. •You will handle a diverse range of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, business asset sales, auctions, secured lending, landlord and tenant work, pension scheme transactions, land registry applications, and management company instructions.

•Day to day work will involve leases, renewals, licences to assign, sublet and alter, surrenders, Section 25 notices, and assisting with adverse possession claims.

•Applicants must have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, along with excellent technical knowledge, strong organisational and prioritisation skills, and a solid background in commercial property.

•The firm offers 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000, and a friendly and collaborative working environment.
