OVERVIEW:
•Responsibilities include managing and handling a caseload of criminal matters
•Provide representation at both the Police Station and Magistrates' Court
•You will also participate in the out-of-hours rota for Police Station callouts
•Duty Qualified with at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in managing their own caseload of criminal matters
•The appointed solicitor will conduct their own advocacy and have management experience
•Experience representing clients at both the Magistrates' Court and Police Station is essential
