Corporate Solicitor

Corporate Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Hampshire, £55,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for a skilled and commercially minded Corporate Solicitor to join a dynamic and collaborative team. JOB REF:0389

THE ROLE:
• Lead and support on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt investments, and corporate exits
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of documents including SPAs, shareholders’ agreements, disclosure letters, and ancillary documents
• Provide strategic input and legal support across cross-border transactions
• Work on business disposals, assisting with due diligence responses and completion documentation
• Supervise and mentor more junior members of the team, managing workloads and quality control
• Engage in business development and contribute to the growth of the corporate practice

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors with 4+ years PQE with strong experience in corporate law
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting with excellent attention to technical detail
• Ability to analyse and apply complex legal principles to commercial scenarios
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with commercial awareness
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
