Job Description

Commercial Real Estate Lawyer, 5+ Years PQE, Hampshire, £Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join a thriving team. JOB REF:0390.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a diverse caseload of Landlord and Tenant and Property Finance matters
• Advise on acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, head office relocations, rent reviews, and refinancing
• Collaborate with the firms’ corporate team on property aspects of business sales, acquisitions, and reorganisations
• Work both independently and as part of a dynamic team of Partners, Legal Directors, and fellow solicitors
• Play an active role in marketing, networking, and business development to grow your client base

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
• Strong technical skills and a commercial approach to solving legal issues
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Proactive, self-sufficient, and enthusiastic about professional development
