Construction Solicitor, 2-4 Years PQE, London, £85,000+ (DOE) – This role offers a fantastic variety of work across sectors and jurisdictions. This is a great opportunity to join a leading team in London. JOB REF:0776.

THE ROLE:
• Clients include developers, contractors, funders, consultants and insurers, both domestically and overseas.
• You will manage your own contentious construction caseload, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and expert instructions
• Client liaison and relationship management
• Advising on, and conducting, due diligence for construction projects and contracts
• Preparing professional appointments, warranties, bonds, and guarantees
• Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Construction Solicitors with between 2-4 Years PQE
• Demonstrable experience in construction law – contentious, non-contentious, or ideally both
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience in adjudications or international arbitrations
• Exposure to the renewables sector
• Ability to build strong client relationships
