OVERVIEW:
• This role primarily focuses on probate administration, with some involvement in drafting wills. You will manage files from initiation to completion.
• You will liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression whilst maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and legislation.
• Excellent standards of client care and great communication skills are a must.
• Applications are sought from Probate Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• This role is primarily office-based; however, flexible working arrangements may be considered for specific employees when justified or deemed necessary.
