PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR 3+ PQE, DEVON, £40,000 - £55,000. An excellent opportunity has arisen within a well-regarded Devon practice as it expands its private client team! JOB REF: 2267

• An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE, ideally with experience across a broad range of private client matters
• The role involves managing a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Inheritance Tax
• You will provide a high standard of client care and deliver clear, practical legal advice to the firm’s long-standing client base
• You will be expected to manage your own caseload and deadlines with minimal supervision, whilst working collaboratively within the wider team
• Strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this position
• The private client department currently consists of a partner and a junior solicitor, offering a supportive and close-knit working environment
• This is a predominantly office-based role, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week
