SALARY: Circa £50k plus

THE ROLE:
As the appointed Residential Property Lawyer, you will be dealing with your own caseload of residential property matters including sales and purchases, transfer of equity, new build properties, freehold and leasehold properties. Dealing with the whole conveyancing process you will be dealing with your own caseload of matters as well as supervising secretarial and support staff.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally you will be an experienced Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive with at least 4 years PQE in conducting your own caseload of files. You will be passionate about this area of law and possess the desire to drive the department within the local area.
