A long-established and highly regarded law firm in Devon is seeking a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) to join its friendly and supportive team. With a strong reputation built over many years, the firm prides itself on offering a truly client-focused approach, working closely with individuals and families across the local community.

In this role, you will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and more complex matters such as easements and unregistered land. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and dedicated administrative staff, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client service rather than being weighed down by heavy admin or unrealistic targets.

The firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid experience in residential conveyancing, strong organisational skills, and a personable, client-focused approach. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is key, and candidates with a few years’ post-qualification experience will be particularly well suited.

This is primarily an office-based role, offering the chance to be part of a close-knit team in a beautiful Devon location, with some flexibility available where appropriate.
