PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR, NQ+, MANCHESTER, £COMPETITIVE SALARY AND BENEFITS PACKAGE INCLUDING HYBRID WORKING – Market Leading national law firm expanding its Healthcare team. JOB REF:3352
• An established and award-winning legal practice is seeking an additional solicitor to join its Health Litigation team. The team specialises in clinical negligence and employers’/public liability claims on behalf of NHS and healthcare clients.
• This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in a highly regarded team with a strong reputation in the healthcare sector.
• Managing and assisting on a caseload of EL/PL and clinical negligence matters, drafting reports and legal documentation, interviewing witnesses and preparing witness statements
• Supporting higher-value claims with senior colleagues, delivering client training and presentations
• Qualified solicitor with 0–3 years’ PQE
• Experience in defendant EL/PL work preferred (claimant experience also considered)
• Clinical negligence experience desirable
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
