JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 7-10 yrs PQE
LOCATION: Bedfordshire
SALARY: £60-75k DOE


THE ROLE:

• You will play a key role, advising a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors
• Handling a diverse caseload including high-value commercial lettings, lease negotiations, renewals, and variations, ongoing asset management work for commercial property portfolios, sales and acquisitions, property finance and refinancing.
• Managing a busy and varied caseload
• Providing clear, commercially focused advice
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Mentoring of junior team members
• Contributing to BD and networking initiatives

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 7–10 years’ PQE
• In-depth experience of landlord and tenant work, sales, purchases, and refinance transactions
• Exposure to land acquisition and development matters is desirable but not essential
• Commercially astute with a solutions-focused approach
• Strong communication and client management skills
