THE ROLE:
This is a specialist role within our dedicated leasehold team, where you will manage a varied caseload including lease extensions, enfranchisement claims, and Right to Manage matters. You will also work closely with experienced colleagues across the wider department in a highly collaborative environment.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is looking for a specialist with at least 3 years’ experience in lease extensions, enfranchisement, and Right to Manage work. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in leasehold matters, experience supervising and training junior staff, and a commitment to ongoing development in this area.
