A leading, fast-paced organisation are looking for a Stock Controller to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role managing high-value inventory, ensuring compliance with strict regulations, and collaborating closely with procurement, suppliers, and engineers to keep everything running like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage high-value stock inventory, ensuring precise tracking and timely returns.
• Liaise with suppliers, procurement, and operational teams to ensure accurate allocation of materials.
• Monitor compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Drive efficiency through proactive reporting, exception tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain detailed records and oversee documentation for audits and regulatory checks.
• Play a key part in shaping future inventory controls beyond current stock categories.

What We're Looking For

• A strong communicator with experience in stock or inventory control.
• Highly organised, analytical, and proactive — you spot inefficiencies before they become problems.
• Comfortable working across teams and departments.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and systems to manage stock, reports, and documentation.
• Familiarity with compliance or regulatory frameworks is a plus (e.g. environmental, health & safety).
