We are currently seeking an experienced Surface Grinder to join a well-established precision engineering company based in Bromsgrove.

The Role

• Operating and setting surface grinding machines to produce precision components
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Ensuring all work is completed to exact tolerances and quality standards
• Carrying out routine machine checks and maintenance
• Working to deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Surface Grinder or in a similar precision engineering role
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measurement tools
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
