Internal Sales Executive

Internal Sales Executive with experience in an engineering environment needed in Cheltenham, Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per year, Job Type: Full-time, Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute break), permanent role, immediate start available following a successful interview process.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Executive to join our client’s office-based team in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a technical mindset and strong administrative skills, offering clear progression into an Internal Sales Manager position for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Creating and issuing customer quotations
• Accurately entering customer orders onto internal systems
• Managing daily logistics, including booking couriers and pallet networks
• Filing, archiving, and general office administration

Skills & Requirements:

• Dynamic, proactive, and well-organised
• Confident using computers and office-based systems
• Technically minded with the ability to understand engineering products
• Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Education & Experience:

• Previous internal sales, sales support, or office-based experience preferred
• Engineering industry experience desirable but not essential

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
