Part-time Sales

Pertemps are recruiting for a Part-time Telesales position to join our client’s team in Saltash. This role involves engaging with existing customers, introducing them to preloaded product deals, and processing orders.

Role: Part-Time Telesales =
Location: Saltash
Hours: 10:30am - 2:30pm (20 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Contacting existing retail customers and promoting product deals
• Processing orders and managing customer queries
• Building relationships and encouraging repeat business
• Ensuring accurate data entry and order processing

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Sales-focused mindset with the ability to upsell where appropriate
• Good attention to detail for processing orders accurately
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Previous Sales experience is essential
