Job Description

Sheridan Maine are partnering with a North Hampshire based business to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a temporary basis.

The role will involve a variety of sales ledger tasks including:

• Creating invoices and logging on Sage
• Account reconciliations
• Assisting with credit control duties
• Liaising with customers in relation to invoice and payment queries
• Managing the email query inbox

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Prior sales ledger/accounts receivable/ invoicing experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Competent level of IT including Excel
• The ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

You will need to be available at short notice. There is car parking onsite and the company is also accessible by local public transport links.

You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
