Job Description
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing operational processes, issues, and internal records
- Overseeing key business procedures and ensuring they run effectively
- Providing clear, practical guidance to stakeholders across the business
- Supporting internal reviews, process checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analysing data and trends to provide insights and support decision-making
- Assisting with reporting and general business administration
- Managing a small team and supporting their development
- Working collaboratively with teams across the business to enhance processes and performance
- Experience in operations, administration, or a similar role within a structured/ regulated environment
- Strong understanding of business processes and best practices
- Experience with internal reviews, reporting, or process improvement
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
