Finance Analyst- hybrid

Finance Analyst - hybrid- Oxfordshire- up to £40k

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated finance professional to join an international organisation based in Oxfordshire. 

The successful candidate will play an important role in financial reporting, month-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the timely completion of month-end close activities
• Prepare and post journal entries, and generate financial reports
• Review financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Respond to queries from internal stakeholders

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations in line with deadlines
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and improve reconciliation processes

• Prepare and process intercompany transactions in accordance with company policies

• Assist with internal and external audits
• Provide documentation and respond to audit queries

• Part qualified or qualified by experience- with relevant UK experience
