Key Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.
- Seek new customers and build relationships with existing clients.
- Quote customer enquiries.
- Input customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Organise and schedule appointment and meetings.
- Support the other departments with their day-to-day duties.
The Person:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or sales role.
- Proficiency with PC and in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
The Package:
- Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
- Onsite parking
- Monday to Thursday: 8am-5:30pm
- Friday 8am-5pm
