We’re hiring experienced Chefs to join a busy, high volume kitchen at London Heathrow Airport. You’ll be preparing meals to quality standards, as part of a airport
catering team.

What We Offer

• £13.00 per hour basic rate arising to
• £14.60 per hour after 12 weeks
• Free meal provided during shifts
• Rotating shift patterns (2 earlies, 2 lates and 2 off):
o 05:00 – 14:30
o 13:00 – 22:30

Role Responsibilities

As a Chef, your duties will include:
• Preparing food ranging from light snacks and refreshments to English breakfasts and continental meals.
• Supporting the smooth day to day operation of the kitchen.
• Maintaining high food quality, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensuring meals are prepared efficiently, on time, and to company standards.
• Working in a fast paced kitchen environment to set meal and portion plans.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
• Have previous experience working as a Catering Chef within environments such as contract catering, care homes, schools, hotels, banqueting, pubs, restaurants, or similar fast-paced catering operations.
• Have experience cooking in a medium to high volume kitchen.
• Be available to work both fixed shift patterns listed above
• Be flexible to work weekends and Bank Holidays
• Be willing to apply for a Criminal Record Check (cost refunded after 4 weeks)
• Be able to supply a 5 year background check as part of the recruitment process
