We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established food distribution operation in Worcester. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Role

• Picking and packing food products accurately
• Using hand scanners to process orders
• Loading and preparing goods for dispatch
• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• General warehouse duties including stock movement and organisation
• Working within a controlled temperature environment, including fridge and freezer zones

Requirements

• Reach Truck licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently to targets
• Comfortable working in chilled and frozen environments
