We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support the smooth and efficient operation of our clients site in the East Midlands Gateway, just on the outskirts of Castle Donington.  If you thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and have a proactive, problem-solving mindset, we want to hear from you!

In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting operational performance, and ensuring excellent client service. You’ll be the key contact for client communication, inventory coordination, and system management, helping the team meet and exceed our KPIs and SLAs.

Hours of Work

•    Starting early August 2025, this role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis.
•    Monday to Friday,  40 hours per week, 0800-16:30 


Key Responsibilities Include…

•    Act as the main point of contact for clients, customer service teams, and selected carriers.
•    Process orders, emergency shipments, returns, and inbound/outbound documentation.
•    Monitor stock discrepancies and support inventory investigations within 48 hours.
•    Ensure accuracy in data entry within SAP, WMS, and customer systems.
•    Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance and KPIs.
•    Handle claims related to shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
•    Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely dispatches.
•    Support the wider Operations Team with administrative tasks and carrier coordination.


About You…
•    Experience in a 3PL in an administrative position is ESSENTIAL for this role.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
•    Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems such as SAP is desirable.
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
•    High attention to detail and data accuracy.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
•    A team player who is flexible, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
