Location: Holmes Chapel
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (No evenings or weekends)

Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Booking engineers and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating diaries to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ordering parts and necessary items for jobs
- Supporting general office administration duties
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Confident using office systems and handling multiple tasks
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Competitive salary of £28,000
