Location: North West Division, Warrington, WA4 6PS
Salary: £25,396.80 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Contract Type: On-going temporary
Work Environment: Office-based, no hybrid or remote working opportunities 
Start date: ASAP
Ideal candidate will have a driving licence.

*Use your creativity to find talent through adverts, job boards, LinkedIn, and our extensive database.
*Conduct engaging phone screenings, making each candidate feel special as you explain job roles and required experience.
*Craft captivating and effective job adverts that attract top talent for our live roles.
*Keep our clients and candidates in the loop with updates on recruitment progress. 
*Arrange interviews, provide feedback, and coordinate start dates.
*Attend client visits to immerse yourself in their business world and understand their specific job roles.
*Polish CVs to perfection before presenting them to clients.
*Handle essential tasks like right to work checks, references, and DBS checks with precision.

 Required Skills and Experience
*Whether your background is in sales, account management, or customer service, we want you! Full training and support will be provided.
*Bring your 'can do' attitude! We love hard workers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
*Ability to multi-task and prioritise job roles based on urgency is a must.
*Engage confidently with candidates and clients, making every interaction count.
