Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30 and Friday 08:00–13:00, 37 hours per week

A well-established SME in Knowsley is looking to recruit an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their team. This role is based in a manufacturing environment and involves spraying components to a high standard of finish.

The position is offered on an ongoing temporary basis with the potential to become permanent, so applicants should be comfortable starting on a temporary contract.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and spray components, ensuring a consistent and high-quality finish.
• Work with two-pack paints in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Carry out preparation work including masking and cleaning prior to spraying.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior team members.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the production area.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Minimise waste through efficient use of paints and consumables.
• Monitor stock levels of paint and consumable equipment.
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous paint spraying experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience working with two-pack paint systems.
• Good attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
