Are you a skilled and organised Administrator looking for your next challenge in a supportive and fast-paced environment?

We’re looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join a busy Construction company on a fixed-term contract.
In this key role, you'll help ensure the smooth operation of the office by providing a wide range of administrative support, assisting senior managers, managing office resources.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organisation while working in a friendly and collaborative environment.


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support, including managing documents, correspondence, and scheduling meetings
  • Supporting the HR function by maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff and management
  • Ordering and managing office supplies, PPE, and tools; overseeing workspace setup
  • Acting as a point of contact for suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assisting with financial tasks including expense tracking, processing invoices, and raising purchase orders
  • Ensuring the office is well-organised, compliant with health and safety standards, and welcoming to staff and visitors
  • Collating employee timesheets and assisting staff with equipment and resource needs
  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring all work complies with company policies and procedures
  • Using Microsoft Office and internal systems to complete administrative tasks efficiently
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using HR or office management software
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not essential
