About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Southend-on-Sea from September. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or soon-to-qualify teacher to begin their career within a supportive, well-resourced environment.
You will teach your specialist subject across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities at Key Stage 5 depending on experience and departmental need. The successful candidate will be passionate about their subject and committed to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that promote high achievement and positive outcomes for all learners.

• Hold (or be on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have a positive, inclusive approach to behaviour management
