Job Description
Pertemps Stoke are currently looking for a Operations Coordinator to work at their prestigious client in Stoke-on-Trent
For this Operations Coordinator role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating technical tasks and delivering high-quality administrative support to ensure daily operations run efficiently
- Working closely with multiple departments, supporting communication flow, and helping to maintain accurate and well-managed processes.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Managing workload efficiently to meet deadlines
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
For this Operations Coordinator role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office or similar systems)
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
Details of this Operations Coordinator role:
- £27,000 annual salary
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Temp to perm for the right candidate
- Supportive team environment
- Location: Stoke-on-Trent
- Working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
