The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You’ll deliver targeted booster sessions in core subjects, provide 1-2-1 interventions for pupils who need extra support, and work collaboratively with class teachers to ensure all children stay on track. This is an ideal role for a graduate who is passionate about education and considering a career in teaching.

The Candidate
The school is looking for a graduate with excellent communication skills, strong academic ability, and a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll need to be proactive, reliable, and confident in supporting children’s learning in a busy school environment. Previous experience working with children is advantageous but not essential.
