Assistant Team Manager in the Mental Health Social Care Team, Sutton 
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will support team operations, staff support and workload allocation. You will provide ongoing supervision to staff, provide duty manager cover and offer guidance while leveraging the expertise of the Team Manager for support on complex cases. Additionally, you will contribute to ensuring that commissioned services are cost-effective and, where appropriate, participate in the co-production of service improvements with service users and family care. The team contributes to meeting our statutory duties under the Care Act and Mental Health Act and provides an opportunity to contribute to our strength-based approach, focused on achieving the best outcomes for our service users. The Mental Health Team consists of two ATM's, with both assisting in supporting the Mental Health team's day to day functions as part of the Duty Manager rota, including acting as Safeguarding Manager for statutory safeguarding enquiries. This post will be a third ATM adding to the management establishment. 
 
£39.05ph
