Senior Adult Social Worker, Hammersmith and Fulham  
Pay £35 p/h umbrella 
  
To carry out 5 reviews p/w. 
Workers are required in the borough 3 days a week to carry out review visits. 
  
Initial 9 weeks with extensions to this for the right candidate.
