Candidate needs to be willing to take on some line management responsibilities as part of the role.  
Team: Preparing for Adulthood/Learning Disability and Autism. Hybrid working: 
 Shrewsbury/WFH Driving Licence required • Operational knowledge of relevant legislation • Experience of working in a health or social care setting • Budget management • Ability to be innovative • Working knowledge of relevant legislation including Mental Capacity Act (2005) Care Act (2014) • An understanding of the legislative framework within children’s services. • Knowledge of the safeguarding procedures for Adults and children.
