SEN Support Staff – Additional Resource Provision (ARP)

Pertemps Education is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming mainstream Primary school in West London that is seeking full-time SEN Support Staff to work within their Additional Resource Provision (ARP).
This role involves supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, EHCPs and challenging behaviour in a specialist provision within the school.
The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support within the ARP
• Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and learning
• Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement EHCP targets
• Promote a calm, structured and positive learning environment

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEN pupils is essential
• Experience supporting ASD, ADHD and behavioural needs
• Confident managing challenging behaviour positively
• Patient, resilient and proactive approach
