As a School Data Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and analysing data to enhance the school's operational efficiency and educational outcomes. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in data management, analysis, and reporting within an educational setting.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Maintain and update the school's data systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of student and staff information.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse educational data to support school improvement plans, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for leadership and teaching staff.
  • Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on student performance, attendance, and other key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure data handling practices comply with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff on data-related systems and processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with academic and administrative teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
