Job Description

After School Club Assistant.
Were looking for a caring and enthusiastic individual to support our vibrant After School Club, providing a safe, engaging environment for children at the end of their school day.

Location: Yardley Wood
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Part-time, Term Time Only
Hours: 3:00pm – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday]
Salary: Minimum wage
Your Role Will Include:
  • Supervising and engaging children in fun, age-appropriate activities
  • Supporting snack time and ensuring a safe, welcoming space
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction
  • Working closely with colleagues and parents to support children’s wellbeing

  • Friendly, reliable, and passionate about working with children
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experienced in childcare or willing to learn
  • Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
