The Role
A secondary school in Dudley is seeking a passionate English Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis from September 2025. You will be teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering a broad and engaging English curriculum that challenges pupils and prepares them for GCSE success. The role will involve planning and delivering lessons, assessing progress, and contributing to the wider life of the English department.
 
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified English Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience teaching KS3 and KS4. You should have strong subject knowledge, a creative approach to lesson delivery, and the ability to inspire a love of English in your pupils. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate effectively for learners of varying abilities are essential.
