Job Description

Business Process Analyst (Escrow) – Hybrid working ( 3 days in City of London office) – 5 month initial contract

“To apply you need demonstratable experience of being responsible for providing source code Escrow arrangements”

We are recruiting a Process centric Analyst who has previous experience of overseeing source code Escrow arrangements.

To apply you will require the following skills and experience:

Defining policy standards, criteria and guidance
Framework development for overseeing Escrow arrangements, including type of escrow relevant to the service, validation, testing, contracting, etc.
Defining ongoing escrow responsibilities for impacted roles
Records management of escrow arrangements
Oversight and reporting definition

Start ASAP, initially through to the end of November 2025

London based up to 3 days a week in the office
